Oncotect Return and Refund Policy

General Returns:

  1. We accept returns of unopened and unused cancer screening kits within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. All returned items must be in the original condition, including the packaging.
  3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Failed Samples:

  1. If a sample fails to provide results after two processing attempts, customers have the option of receiving a full refund or requesting an additional test kit at no extra charge.
  2. It's essential for customers to follow all provided instructions closely when collecting and submitting samples to maximize the likelihood of a successful analysis.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. After receiving approval for the return, securely package the kit and send it to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


  1. Kits purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to the retailer's return policy.
