Oncotect Return and Refund Policy
General Returns:
- We accept returns of unopened and unused cancer screening kits within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- All returned items must be in the original condition, including the packaging.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees.
Failed Samples:
- If a sample fails to provide results after two processing attempts, customers have the option of receiving a full refund or requesting an additional test kit at no extra charge.
- It's essential for customers to follow all provided instructions closely when collecting and submitting samples to maximize the likelihood of a successful analysis.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and the reason for the return.
- After receiving approval for the return, securely package the kit and send it to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exceptions:
- Kits purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to the retailer's return policy.
